Calling all parents of tweenies. First off, a tweenie is a child who is between the ages of 10 and 12. I call them tweenies because they aren't "kids" anymore, but they haven't reached the level of "maturity" of a "teenager". Hence, "tweenies". Mine is almost 12. I took her to see Miley Cyrus two days ago. Not Hannah Montana, this was allllllllll Miley.

Believe it or not, you, yes you, are gonna get sucked in to the realm of tweenie star gazing at some point in your life. It may not be with Miley, but it will be with another pop phenomena!!! And, believe you me, there's nothing like it.

The guilt.

The pressure.

The $40 tee shirts.

The screaming.

The pushing.

The screaming.

The screaming.

The 4 GB of pictures they make you take, so they can watch the show. And it gets a bit dizzy after a while of that.

So, like David Letterman, I am creating a top ten.

THE TOP TEN REASONS YOU GIVE YOUR CHILD FOR NOT "BEING" ABLE TO GO TO A MILEY CYRUS CONCERT!!!!!!!!

10. your teenage sister will go "Jackson" on you if you go

9. you don't even own a pink wig

8. you'll sweat Hannah Montanta with all those thousands of people

7. the tickets doesn't include parking6. you don't have the hottest styles, every shoe in every color yet

6. your mom will have super duper self esteem issues after the concert

5. the Jonas Brothers aren't opening for her....sigh

4. you know how you hate an "ice cream freeze"

3. you don't even know what "GNO" means

2. you aren't allowed to mix together the best of both worlds yet

1. she doesn't even twitter

So there ya have it, your excuses. Go use them, I'm sure at least one will suffice. Remember, you're "SUPER DUPER"!!!!!
